If so, we’re looking for someone just like you for our Sr. CRM Analyst (Sally & BSG) position located at our Headquarters in Denton, TX.

 

The Sr. CRM Analyst will lead analytic initiatives focused on loyalty programs, private label credit cards, email & direct mail channel insights, promotional analysis and customer segmentation.  This role will partner closely with leaders in CRM, Loyalty, IT, Finance, Merchandising and external analytics vendors. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives related to reporting, analysis and insights for loyalty programs, private label credit cards, email, direct mail, campaign performance, and customer segmentation.
  • Build and optimize models (i.e. RFM, cluster) to improve customer communication strategy.  Collaborate with CRM and Loyalty teams to build A/B and multi-variate test plans.
  • Manage intake, execution and delivery of analytics projects.  Ensure on-time execution and clear communication of results and recommendations.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis on customer transactional and behavioral data to identify key insights that drive business value.
  • Drive efficiency in analysis and insights gathering through new tools, approaches and processes.  Collaborate with IT to automate reporting and improve analytics tools.
  • Manage customer data projects and analytics vendor relationships.
  • Identify gaps in data sources, hygiene and data collection.  Partner with IT to ensure confidence in data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years total professional work experience.  3+ years of experience in analytics with an emphasis in CRM, loyalty, web, mobile, social and digital marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative discipline such as statistics, engineering, applied math, economics, operations research, IT, information systems. 
  • Previous analytics experience at an Agency or in Retail preferred
  • Experience leading & managing an analytics team, working cross-functionally, and managing vendor relationships
  • High level of proficiency with statistical and database concepts.  Experience with a number of technologies (SQL, Alteryx, Python, R)
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or QlikView
