    Our Director of Stores will support the field organization by controlling the flow of information between the field and all supporting partners in home office. Along with the management of communications team, COE Director is responsible for conveying the organization's internal and external messages. They draft written materials, prepare presentations and communicate with employees. A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations or a relevant field and some experience are necessary for the job. COE director need excellent speaking and writing skills and must be proficient at working with others.

     

    Internally, our Director of Stores will ensure that employees are aware of changes and projects within the company. They distribute executive messages, prepare presentations and internal memos, and conduct meetings to share information. They may develop print materials and branding strategies for employee use. They also work close with Vendors and provide communications streamline that impact to the field. They create strategies to increase employee awareness and promote productivity.

     

    The Director of Stores must be highly diligent and confident with substantial management experience for the role of Director of Stores. The position comes with great responsibility, and is accountable for company perception of our brand. Managing this perception involves developing marketing and communication strategies, understanding the importance of timing and setting, responding to crises and setbacks, overseeing a team of diverse communications and educational roles and ensuring that information released is consistent with the strategy at large.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing a cohesive communications strategy and workflow planning to the field organization
    • Assembling and overseeing a diversely skilled communications team
    • Guide cross functional teams to coordinate activities that will result in the rollout of communications and programs that are easy to understand and execute and have a direct and obvious link to the CosmoProf vision and customer experience objectives.
    • Managing a communications budget
    • Direct the Field Education teams’ strategy and execution and application of all educational initiatives, including onboarding, training and transition. Identifies brand developmental needs and analyzes effectiveness and execution of all educational programs.
    • Serves as central liaison between Store Operations and Support Center functions
    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
    • 5-7 year experience in Operations Management
    • Knowledge of Staffing and Planning management, retail operations, meeting planning, and policy and procedures
