    We are currently looking for a Barber Account Executive to join our growing team!  The DBE (Direct Beauty Express) Barber maximizes sales by maintaining and expanding a customer base through market analysis, selling approved barber products, introducing new products and concepts, providing customer service, conducting product education and offering consulting services to professional barber shops.


    • Utilize cold-calling techniques to generate new customers (“doors”) a week
    • Establish business relationships to gain customers’ trust and confidence so that selling and customer service can be delivered more effectively.
    • Develop the most efficient coverage pattern for the territory as well as call frequency for major accounts.
    • Responsible for the service, sales development and accounts receivable of all accounts.
    • Conduct territory analysis, customer data and sales reporting for established accounts    
    • Develop sales, marketing, promotional and education strategies for active accounts.
    • Assist Barber shops in developing, planning, implementing, monitoring and tracking results of all in-house promotions, programs and concepts. Determining customers’ needs and offering products and services to meet those needs.
    • Communicate calls, visits, orders, follow-up plans, assistance needed and status of sales progress with Sales Manager.
    • Establish major account call reporting customer profile cards that contain pertinent account data and includes facts that accurately outline marketing, sales and merchandising strategy levels in each major account.
    • Comply with procedures regarding processing customer returns to include picking up the returns from the customer and completing required documents.
    • Attend all meetings, functions and events and maintain regular communication as established by the Company or the Sales Manager. Attend shows and participate in the setup and dismantling of displays, booths, back stock and performing other physical activities that might be required.


    • Intimate knowledge of the barbering industry and professional need of barbershops
    • Working knowledge of retail sales, inventory control systems and visual merchandising is strongly preferred.
    • Strong organization skills and the ability to effectively work independently (time management, prioritization, goal orientation, etc.).
    • Ability to present a professional image and interact positively with the public.
    • Very good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively and comfortably speak before large groups of people.
    • Lift 25 pounds periodically.
