    Our Digital Experience and Marketing Departments at Sally Beauty Holdings (NYSE: SBH) are expanding and we’re looking for dynamic, driven marketers to join our teams! If so, we’re looking for someone just like you for our position Sr. Manager Digital Product located at our Support Center in Denton, TX. 

     

    In partnership with the DIrector Digital Product and digital product team, serve as the voice of the customer to lead the evolution of BSG's digital experiences via the ecommerce website (cosmoprofbeauty.com), portals, mobile app, and in store and event platforms. Launch new features and functionality to drive innovation.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with agency partners in writing requirements, epics, and user stories to execute the product roadmap, including fixes and enhancements.
    • Actively partner with Ecommerce, IT, Marketing, Customer Engagement, Analytics, and agency teams to develop features that drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.
    • Drive conversion rate on the site by responding to critical needs and concerns of external and internal customers, including the ecommerce team and customer service.
    • Participate in testing and conducting UAT on all digital features. 
    • Serve as the subject matter expert across the digital commerce systems.
    • Track performance, identify improvement areas, and communicate with service providers to troubleshoot.

     

    Qualifications

    • 7 years of relevant experience
