In partnership with the Digital Product team, the Sr. Manager OmniChannel Product serves as the voice of the customer to lead the evolution of Sally Beauty Holdings omnichannel experiences across all digital platforms- including cosmoprofbeauty.com, sallybeauty.com, apps, and related experiences. The ideal candidate for this role is a customer advocate that is passionate about creating a pleasing and seamless omnichannel experience for consumers.

Responsibilities

  • Keeps the customer at the forefront of all decision making. Creates and executes innovative products that will please the customer and increase the SBH business
  • Collaborates with business stakeholders (internal & external) in developing and executing all omnichannel experiences
  • Serves as omnichannel subject matter expert in collaboration with Ecommerce, IT, Supply Chain, Store Operations, and Customer Service Teams
  • Participates and conducts UAT on all digital omnichannel features
  • Tracks performance, identifies improvement areas, and communicates with service providers to troubleshoot issues and/or improve experience

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience with mobile product management or product management of software-based experiences
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute end-to-end omnichannel experiences that are innovative and exceed customer expectations
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to multi-task with accuracy
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Innovative thinker
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in ever-changing business environments
