    Sally Beauty Jacksonville Distribution has immediate openings for 2nd Operation / E-Commerce Lead (3:00 pm – 11:30pm; Monday – Friday)


    Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is a global distributor and retailer offering professional beauty products to both retail consumers and salon professionals.  Through the Sally Beauty Supply and Beauty Systems Group businesses, the Company sells and distributes through over 4,828 stores, including approximately 181 franchised units, throughout the United States and Puerto Rico, the United Kingdom, Belgium, Chile, France, Canada, Mexico, Ireland, Netherlands, Spain, Germany, and Peru.


    As an Operation/E-Commerce Lead, you will be responsible for providing work direction and cordinating the staff responsible for processing e-commerce orders.  Ensuring that all merchandise is put and packed according to company operating procedures.  Supervises the day-to-day activities of his/her staff to ensure the efficient use of time and to maintain maximum productivity.  Monitors staff activities to ensure adherence to company safety rules and regulations.  In accordance with the needs of the business, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

    • Primary Activities:


      1. Supervise the day-to-day processing of e-commerce orders to ensure that the put and pack process is being completed according to the company operating procedures. 
      2. Conduct periodic departmental “walk-throughs” to inspect the general physical conditions. Determine needed maintenance or repairs and notifies subordinate staff of stocking or clean-up requirements.
      3. Train new hires or re-assigned employees in job duties and operating procedures. Promote the on-going training and development of employees in building and effective and motivated workforce.
      4. Monitor employee activities to ensure adherence to company safety regulations.
      5. Perform all other duties as requested by management.   


    Minimum Qualification Requirements:


     1.  Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.


    2. A thorough knowledge of industry standards procedures for the e-commerce process. 


    3.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 


    4.  Excellent people skills.
