    Sally Beauty Holdings (NYSE: SBH) is the world's largest wholesale and retail distributor of beauty supplies. Our world headquarters is conveniently located in Denton, Texas just 5 mintues north of Lake Lewsiville off I35E.  We currently have an opening for a TPMO Director.


    The TPMO Director will be responsible for supporting the Group Vice President, TPMO and for the holistic budget for a portfolio of projects, as well as supporting individual project budgets. 


    • Communicate between the TPMO and various project teams.
    • Track and manage the budget and resources for all initiatives.
    • Assist TPMO project managers with benefit and cost estimates for proposed initiatives.
    • Develop project business cases and plans.
    • Establish and continue to improve reporting standards for initiatives.
    • Act as point of contact as new initiatives move through the approval process.
    • Liaise between the TPMO and FP&A to properly manage initiative budget and spend.
    • Manage project portfolio financial and budget risk.
    • Understand organization’s financial plan and capacity to prioritize projects.
    • Frame and guide Executives in the capital investment process as it relates to project portfolio.
    • Manage the TPMO team, providing leadership and guidance regarding the technical and communication aspects of the TPMO.


    • 10+ years of previous corporate experience
    • Bachelor’s degree from and accredited college or university
    • Advanced technical knowledge of Microsoft Suite with the ability to work data models
    • Ability to analyze and present the results of key financial metrics to executive level
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
    • Strong business acumen, analytical skills and detail orientation
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Ability to interface with various levels of management
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with accuracy
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Desire to move into a leadership position within the company
    • Proven experience in influencing business leaders
